Four Key Strategic Foci:
- Explanation: To explain the contents of laws relating to the safeguarding of national security, including the Hong Kong National Security Law and the Safeguarding National Security Ordinance amongst others, to various sectors.
- Clarification: To clarify misconceptions about the relevant laws, alleviate unnecessary concerns and better tell the true stories of national security and the rule of law in Hong Kong.
- Promotion: To promote understanding of the significance and importance of safeguarding national security in the community, thereby encouraging a proactive commitment to safeguarding national security.
- Cohesion: To synergise efforts of the public and young people towards safeguarding national security and enable national security education to take root in schools.
