The theme for 2023 National Security Education Day at national level
To implement A Holistic Approach to National Security, enhance awareness and literacy of national security of all people, and consolidate the social foundation for building a new development paradigm based on the creation of a new security landscape.
The activities of National Security Education Day on 15 April 2023 include a flag-raising ceremony of the disciplined services,
open day of the disciplined services,
National Security Cup awards presentation ceremony of the disciplined services, opening ceremony of National Security Education Day, seminars, school workshops, roving exhibitions, etc. Meanwhile, community activities in
the 18 districts across the territories
and
different activities jointly organised by the Education Bureau and the Security Bureau are being held
in support of National Security Education Day.
